We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Administration Assistant to join our dealership team. This position is integral to the efficient operation of our business and requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Position Overview
The Senior Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments within the dealership, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with management and staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions across sales, service, and finance departments
• Under the direction of the Office Manager prepare, process, and reconcile dealership documentation, including vehicle sales contracts, warranty paperwork, and service records
• Under the direction of the Office Manager assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking functions
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Prepare and distribute management reports as required
• Provide executive-level support to management and department heads
• Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity

Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in an administration role (automotive industry experience highly advantageous)
• Strong financial and data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise competing deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
